If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered — wrong variant, wrong quantity, or an entirely different product — contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free courier pickup of the wrong item and dispatch the correct one at no additional cost. If the correct item is no longer available, a full cash refund will be issued through the courier network.

If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our Cart Fusion Deals, no cash has changed hands yet — so no refund is required; the order is simply voided. If you cancel after dispatch but before delivery, you may refuse the parcel at the door. If you have already paid in cash and then wish to cancel, the refund will follow the same cash-through-courier process described in points 7 and 8 above.
